2. We can ship to any P.O boxes and APO/FPO address .but it takes more than 7-10 working days, very slow. So we suggest you provide a physical address.
3. We ship all items stamped as "Gift" or "Sample" and written of low product value, so most customers can't be charged a custom fee by your local Customs government. But sometimes several countries such as Canada, Germany, South Africa, Brazil would charge some taxes which are not avoided .We will submit all documents to help you go through the Customs.

1. In Stock Orders Production Time: Usually takes 1-2 working days to process before shipped out, affordable wigs take 5-7 working days to process.
2. Custom Orders Production Time:
Normal order: 30 working days
Rush order: 15 working days
(Please contact our customer service before you place rush order and extra charge $25 will be paid for it)
When your wig has been shipped, a notification will be sent to the email address you provided.
The tracking number will be attached in the email.
 
We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for package lost in these cases:
A. Shipping address is not clear or wrong; DHL won't be able to find it.
B. Nobody to sign for the package and DHL leave at door, package stolen
C. Signed by someone else you don't know which means malicious stolen
 We will be RESPONSIBLE for under-mentioned and full refunding:
A. we put the wrong address which didn't match your given address
B. DHL delivery to another wrong address instead of your given address.
Customs duty charge:
International Shipments must clear customs. The rules and requirements for customs clearance vary from country to country. It is the customer's responsibility to pay any additional taxes, fees or duties or to arrange for any permits or special paperwork that may be required. Invoices are sent with all shipments. This is the only document that will be sent with your shipment.
